25 years of Anliker Alarm AG: Company visit to TELENOT

A quarter of a century of security expertise – a reason to celebrate!

To mark the 25th anniversary of Anliker Alarm AG, we accepted the invitation of TELENOT Electronic GmbH and visited the company in Aalen-Hammerstadt with all our employees. This visit provided us with the opportunity to gain a comprehensive insight into the processes and innovations of a leading security technology company.

At the start of the company visit, Managing Director Cyrill Lendi, the new Zurich branch manager Giuseppe Incardona, and Giovanni Nicolo, member of the management board and Head of Service & Maintenance, were presented with the 2025 service point certificate by Simon Egetemeyr, Head of Sales at TELENOT Switzerland. This award underscores the long-standing cooperation and mutual trust between our companies. As a certified TELENOT service point, we can continue to guarantee our customers top-level security solutions.

From development to shipping: Insights into cutting-edge technology at TELENOT

What makes a technology leader in the field of security technology? Our tour of the TELENOT production facilities provided us with an impressive answer to this question. The expert guided tour through the various departments gave us exclusive insights into all stages of the TELENOT value chain.

The visit to the development department was particularly fascinating, where innovative security solutions are constantly being developed. In production, we were able to witness firsthand the precision and care with which the security components are manufactured, components which are later used in our customer projects. The final visit to the shipping department rounded off our insight into the impressive process chain.

More than just technology: Employee focus is key.

For all its technological excellence, what also impressed us was the visible appreciation that TELENOT shows its employees. The company's own daycare center, "Schatztruhe" (Treasure Chest), located right on the company premises, is a shining example of a modern corporate culture. Here, employees can have their children cared for in close proximity to their workplace – a huge advantage for balancing family and career.

The generously designed training rooms also demonstrate the company's commitment to the continuous training and development of its employees. These aspects particularly inspired us, as we at Anliker Alarm AG also place great value on a positive work environment and continuous improvement.

After a day full of fascinating insights, constructive discussions and new knowledge, we began our journey home – with not only the valuable base certificate in our luggage, but also plenty of inspiration and motivation for the future of our company.
